The conference provided a platform for Church and lay leadership to reaffirm their sacred bond and set strategic goals for the coming decade.
His Eminence Archbishop Elpidophoros of America, in his keynote address, emphasized the spiritual impact of this generosity:
"Leadership 100 is not merely a financial benefactor of our Archdiocese. It is the living manifestation of our members' love for Christ and His Church. These $89.3 million represent a vision for an Orthodoxy in America that is modern, dynamic, and capable of guiding our youth through the challenges of the future. Your generosity is the beacon that lights our ministries."

Outcoming Chairman Demetrios Logothetis reflected on the strategic significance of this year’s allocations:
"Reaching the $89 million milestone confirms our commitment to the Omogenia. Our $1 million commitment to Hellenic College/Holy Cross this year is an investment in the very soul of our Church—the clergy who will serve the next generations."
This year’s funding covers a vast spectrum of initiatives that touch every aspect of Greek Orthodox life in America:
1. Investment in Clergy and Education
The $1 million commitment to Hellenic College/Holy Cross (HCHC) stands as the flagship of this year's grants. The funding focuses on clergy leadership development and scholarships, ensuring that the next generation of priests is intellectually and spiritually equipped to lead our parishes.
2. Youth, Language, and Heritage
Leadership 100 continues to fervently fund Greek language education and youth ministries. From the Ionian Village summer programs to Young Adult Ministries, the goal remains the same: preserving Hellenic identity and connecting the youth to their ancestral roots.
3. Digital Innovation and Global Outreach
Significant resources are being directed toward the digital transformation of the Archdiocese. This includes digital innovation in liturgical resources and evangelism initiatives. Utilizing technology is now considered a vital tool for spreading the message of Orthodoxy within modern American society.

The conference also signaled a significant transition in the organization’s leadership. Michael N. Bapis was elected as the new Chairman, succeeding Demetrios Logothetis. In his inaugural statement, Bapis outlined his priorities:
"I accept this responsibility with humility and enthusiasm. Our goal is to expand our network, engage more young professionals, and ensure that Leadership 100 remains the pillar supporting education, culture, and our faith in the United States. The legacy we inherit is significant, but the future is bright."
The contribution of Leadership 100 extends far beyond numbers. Through funding for family programs, Byzantine music, and interfaith outreach, the organization strengthens the social fabric of the Greek-American community.
Special mention was made during the conference regarding the preservation of the Greek language, which serves as the vital link between the Diaspora and the motherland. Grants for Greek education ensure that third and fourth-generation Greek-Americans continue to have access to the riches of Hellenic culture.
Marking 42 years since its inception, Leadership 100 proves that unity and philanthropy can drive historic change. The $89.3 million in total grants is a testament to the fact that the Hellenic community in America remains a vibrant, powerful, and exceptionally generous force. Under the guidance of Archbishop Elpidophoros and the new leadership of Michael Bapis, Leadership 100 is fast approaching the $100 million milestone, continuing to write history for the benefit of generations to come.
