The sole heir of singer Katy Gray will be her grandson, Konstantinos Eliadis, according to what lawyer Othon Papadopoulos said on SKAI's Buongiorno show.

According to the will, the well-known singer leaves him the house in Nea Smyrni where she lived until the end of her life, some objects, as well as the rights to her songs.

As the lawyer said, the climate among Katy Gray's relatives is tense, since the son of the great singer and uncle of Konstantinos Eliades seems not to accept the fact that only her grandson is appointed as the sole heir.

Angeliki Eliadi from the first moment had no claim to her grandmother's property and fully accepts the fact that her brother is the sole heir.

Othon Eliades also revealed that a year ago someone changed the lock on the singer's house, however, this was noticed by some who now tried to enter the house, since whoever was next to her until the last moment knew about this change.

Konstantinos Eliadis, grandson of Katy Gray and sole heir to the singer's fortune, however, lashed out against his uncle through the show "Super Katerina".

According to what his uncle said in recent years he was missing and completely indifferent to Katie Gray's health, stressing that the only thing he cared about and still cares about is money.

"We all know the purpose of Philip going out with a lawyer and saying he's probably misinformed her. It's all a lie what his lawyer heard. There had been a court behind our backs by Mr. Philippos, who was trying to put my grandmother on probation. He wanted to take her from her home, get the pension that was 680-700 euros and get a hand on her property while she was alive.

We took notice of it and went to court. There the judge forbade him to move the grandmother from her home, evict the elderly woman and lay hands on her property. One year we asked him to hand over the identity card to us in order to solve some of her cases and to hand over the second keys as stipulated in the court decision.

I went to the police, they told me to file a complaint but at that moment I said I don't want to file a complaint with my grandmother's son and leave it for a while... We had to change the top lock four months ago. It wasn't until 4-5 days after my grandmother's death that she went to open the house," Konstantinos Eliades said, visibly irritated.

She then said: "All he cared about was getting the house contracts to open her inheritance. I don't know when the will will open, I don't even care that he has written it. Where he has written them, good... He said we didn't notify him at the funeral. In three minutes the whole of Greece had found out, he could have taken his car and come to greet her.

On the contrary, he disappeared, he did not even get to ask if any expenses were needed for the funeral because apparently he did not want to pay. As now, for the memorial service he hasn't gotten to care if he needs anything. All he cared about was on the day of the funeral to go out on a channel and tell about 30,000 euros and some jewelry. He never cared about his mother, all he cared about was money and a house."

Kostas Eliades concluded: "When we had previously taken our grandmother to the hospital, they told us from there that they called him and he said 'I am not interested, he has died for me'. Recently when he was hospitalized, my mother and I took him and told us, "I don't care about the issue"... In the last 7-8 years he was missing, not even at my father's funeral did he come... My grandmother didn't want him at home."

Katie Gray's son, Philip Eliades, may challenge the will of the unforgettable performer.
