There’s no better place to be in summer weather than NYC’s gorgeous rooftops, and at these concerts you can enjoy the views while also taking in the city’s top musical talent.

The celebrated “Concerts Under the Stars” series is now expanding to new rooftops across the city to bring you even more mesmerizing musical performances under the lights of NYC.

First, at the glamorous Hotel Chantelle on the Lower East Side you can be whisked away to a sultry Parisian night with the iconic music of Edith Piaf, Josephine Baker & more. The styles of France’s most beloved chansons will be sung by none other than Broadway star Ciara Renée (Frozen, Big Fish, Pippin).

Also at Hotel Chantelle, enjoy a rooftop dinner alongside the jazz flavors of Brazil with an evening of bossa nova, samba and more. For this feature, you’ll get to enjoy the fantastic musical stylings of Antonio Carlos Jobim, João Gilberto, and Luiz Bonfá, plus modern tunes performed with a Brazilian twist.

At Hotel Chantelle, each ticket includes a two-course meal of choice, with additional drinks and bites available for separate purchase.

Or, head uptown to the Hudson Mercantile Rooftop — a sprawling venue in the modern West Side neighborhood of Hudson Yards, offering exquisite views of the Empire State Building. Here you can experience the best of the “Queen of Soul” as incredible vocalist Badia Farha takes you through a medley of Aretha Franklin’s greatest hits (plus insights and stories about her life), along with the tunes of other powerhouses like Alicia Keys and Etta James.

Benny Benack III

Last but not least for the Hudson Mercantile Rooftop is a night of jazz under the stars showcasing the hits of Sinatra, Armstrong, Dizzy & more. One of NYC’s finest jazz musicians, Benny Benack III, will be singing and playing the trumpet for a journey through a jazz repertoire featuring all the greats.h
