-Suspension of the measure that imposes from 1/1/2026 the classification of only zero-emission vehicles as taxis.
-Regulation of the operation of electronic applications, which – as denounced by SATA – operate under a regime of unfair competition, avoiding taxation.
-Distinct separation of the services offered by taxis from those of rental vehicles with a driver.
-Adjustment of the fare based on the percentage increase of the minimum wage.
-Abolition of the provisions of the new tax law and establishment of a tax-free limit of 12,000 euros.
-Zero or reduced VAT for the purchase of commercial taxi vehicles.
-Permanent reduction of the EFK or fuel subsidy for professionals in the sector.
-Reduction of VAT on taxi fares.
SATA calls on the government to engage in direct dialogue, pointing out that the motorist sector is facing serious economic pressures and unequal competition.
