Olympiacos and Panathinaikos are moving in a Final Four rhythm, as the two "eternals" have traveled early to Abu Dhabi to acclimatize to the difficult weather conditions and prepare properly for the two big semi-finals with Fener (for Panathinaikos) and Monaco (for Olympiacos).
Abu Dhabi welcomes more than 5,500 Greeks, who may even reach 6,000 today, Friday, May 23, the day of the semi-finals.
According to the organizers, the "Etihad Arena" is expected to have about 6,000 fans of Olympiacos and Panathinaikos, who will be present - but without slogans and shouts, as they are banned "with a bat" in Abu Dhabi - to support the efforts of their teams.
Beyond that, there will be several thousand Turks, since Fener is expected to have more than 3,000, while the team with the fewest fans in the Final Four is expected to be Vassilis Spanoulis' Monaco.
It is worth noting that the state-of-the-art stadium in Abu Dhabi has a capacity of 12,000 seats and is expected to be packed.
Panathinaikos is the first to play against Fenerbahce, while then Olympiacos is called upon to overcome the obstacle of Monaco of Vassilis Spanoulis.
In detail the program:
19:00 (Abu Dhabi local time) Fenerbahce – Panathinaikos AKTOR
22:00 (Abu Dhabi local time) Olympiacos – Monaco
