Diane Friedman is a "young" woman of 100 years from Cleveland, Ohio, who proves to the world, in the best way, that age is just a number!

Friedman started running at the age of 70 and now, at 100, she has managed to break not one, not two, but three records - two world records and one national record - and on the same day!
At the Senior Olympics in Michigan, Friedman – who "still says so" her soul – broke three athletic masters records, becoming the fastest woman in the world, over the age of 100!
Diana set world records in the 100m and 200m in the 100+ age category. And that's not all, it also broke the U.S. close-range throwing record in the same category!
Diane "Flash" Friedman - as she is called - did the 100 meters in just 36.71 seconds, a record time in the 100+ category.
The amazing thing is that on the same day he managed to break the world record in the 200 meters, while he also set a new national record in the javelin!
The likeable Friedman is further proof that sport has no age and that youth and old age are first and foremost a way of life.
We hope that she will continue to break records for many more years but also enjoy her every day with the same vitality and dynamism!
