The top NBA athlete and star, along with his brothers, presented the Charles Antetokounmpo Family Foundation's "Biggest than Basketball" event at the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center.
Giannis Antetokounmpo spoke to Stamatina Tsimtsili, presenter of Alpha's "Happy Day" show, during the event and, among other things, expressed the great love he has for children, while both he and his wife revealed that they are thinking of coming to Greece permanently in the coming years.
Giannis Antetokounmpo: "Athens is my home. My wife is already learning Greek"
"I have four children, it's something I like and I want to have a lot of children. I wish I could have all the children in the world, but I can't. I only have four but, whenever I can give my energy to other children, because I know that they see us and have us as a role model, I try to do events. Let's come and play, laugh and have a good time," Giannis Antetokounmpo initially said.
"I'm definitely thinking of coming to Greece permanently when I retire from basketball. Athens is my home, I have my friends here, my coaches from the Philathletic team who had me before. It's something I've discussed with my wife and she knows it, because she decides everything," he said.
"My wife is already learning Greek, just like my children, I want them to learn Greek culture and traditions. That's why, when I retire, I will definitely move to Greece, but my family may come here in the next 2-3 years," Giannis Antetokounmpo added.
