Shocking footage of an arsonist's attack on a New York City subway passenger.
A masked serial arsonist set fire to a sleeping subway passenger during a ride, last week.
About 15 minutes later, the arsonist — seen in surveillance footage wearing a black jacket, black hood and mask on the back of the face — set fire to another empty vehicle near 14 Murray Street, the police department said.
Both vehicles were damaged by the flames, police said.
