"Due to potential terrorist attacks, protests, or violent actions against U.S. citizens and interests, the State Department recommends that U.S. citizens abroad exercise increased caution," the State Department said in a global security advisory issued on Friday.
It adds that it is aware of the increased potential for violence against the LGBTQ+ community driven by foreign terrorist organizations. American citizens should be vigilant at Pride events, he recommends.
